Customer Farming / Business Development

More sales.
Same customers.

You might be spending money looking for new customers while forgetting the ones who have already bought from you.

We help small businesses make better use of existing customers, follow up enquiries and put simple systems to work. Real help, not another report to put in a drawer.

How much business have you already earned, then forgotten?

Old customers, unanswered enquiries, quiet accounts and missed follow-ups. Before you pay for more adverts, find out what your business is already sitting on.

01 / CUSTOMERS

Who buys from you?

Find your best customers, the Valuable 20%, and build a Gold List worth looking after.

02 / FOLLOW-UP

Who have you lost touch with?

Bring past customers back into the conversation. Follow up enquiries before they go cold.

03 / SYSTEMS

What gets forgotten?

Make contact, reminders and routine sales work happen more often, without relying on someone's memory.

The approach

Find the opportunity.
Fix the problem.
Then do more.

Technology comes later. First, we work out what will help your business sell more or waste less time.

Get to know the business

Look at customers, enquiries, sales and the way work gets done.

Pick something worth fixing

Find a missed sale, weak follow-up or task that wastes time. Agree what matters first.

Put a useful system in place

It might be a customer list, an email sequence, a simple process or an AI tool. Whatever earns its keep.

Review and build from there

See what changed. If more work is worth doing, agree the next job and its price.

The starting offer

One day a month.
Proper work.

Start with a focused day of hands-on business development support. We’ll agree the scope before we begin.

We decide together what the day is best spent on. The point is useful progress, not ticking boxes.

Things we could work on

  • Review your customer records and find your Gold List.
  • Contact lapsed customers and improve repeat sales.
  • Set up better follow-up for enquiries.
  • Create a useful email campaign or customer newsletter.
  • Improve customer management and sales processes.
  • Set up a simple system or practical AI tool.
  • Identify partnerships, referrals and new sales opportunities.

Not all of this happens in one day. We choose the priorities and make progress month by month.

Start small.

As the relationship develops, we can help with more. No need to buy a large package before we've worked out what you need.

Need more than one day?

We can quote for extra days and projects, including ongoing marketing, outsourced sales, websites, email, AI and automation.

We agree the work and the price first. We start with a clear scope, then agree any extra work before it begins.

A few sensible questions.

Here is what business owners usually want to know before we start.

How does the starting service work?

One day of agreed, hands-on business development work each month. We choose the most useful task together. Larger jobs need more time and a separate quote.

Will you just give me advice?

No. Advice matters, but the aim is to do useful work, improve a process or start building a system. What we can finish depends on the job.

Do I need new software?

Not necessarily. We start with what you already use. We only suggest new tools when there's a good reason.

Can you manage all my marketing?

No. We start with a focused piece of work. Ongoing campaigns, extra days and larger projects can be agreed separately.
